— A reminder that being surrounded by nature is the greatest luxury — found this year at . Tranquility amongst the Australian bush, skies filled with endless stars, and resting well in the considered comfort on the edge of Blue Mountains National Park.

— Hand picking olives in Croatia over three days with and her family in late ‘24. We’d start early morning, sweeping our hands down the branches, plucking olives off with each motion, moving tree to tree. Lunch was a pause worth waiting for — a pot of stew one day, roasted pork with shallots from the garden the next, served on china in the middle of the fields. Bags full, we’d drive to the local oil press and see first hand, our olives transform into liquid gold. Olive oil as souvenirs and days I’ll aways remember.
