The best seafood pancake I ever had (and I usually don’t like seafood pancake at all 😗)

dec photo dump/life update -

1. Not sure how this was inside my belly just earlier this year??

2. Meal planning with Gigi (I’ve been making use of our local library! My happy place! So underrated as an adult!) 📚

3. The photographer inside me is cringing but I’ve actually been having so much fun creating UGC content for brands lately! Stay tuned to see this on my acc next week 🥰

4. Countdown to Xmas with our (big) advent calendar

5. Baby led weaning fun 🥲 Gigi has not been a big eater so far (is she my child???) but we’ve been having fun introducing her to new tastes every day!

6. Pastry obsession continues at 🥐 I’ve been meaning to try their cube croissants for the longest time but they only have them at five dock 🥲 I loved this strawberry one though 😍

7. Veggie led approach to solids! We’re doing a mix of baby led weaning (whole solids prepared in an age appropriate way) and purées 💚

8. I’ve been missing going out to restaurants for a while 🥲 of course it’s possible but requires a lot more planning with a young baby (esp an EBF baby) Get you a friend who brings the omakase to you 🥺💖 ilysm

9. My grandparents are in Sydney for the holidays!! 🎄 This was Gigi’s first time meeting her great grandma properly 🥰

10. A slice of lemon brûlée pie from for Gigi’s half bday (only cos they didn’t have our fav lemon meringue but this was still gooood 🍋 anything with lemon curd tbh)

The last couple of months have been really tough.

Functioning off a few hours of broken sleep most nights and juggling one of the busiest seasons in commercial photography before we rest for the holidays.

I never knew I could experience so much love and exhaustion at the same time (who can relate??)

Despite all this, I know I’ll look back and miss these days. The three of us and Gigi’s delicious little knuckle dimples 🤍

Well this is different..

I’ve had this in my drafts for weeks and was waiting to take a *less glam* photo to accompany the caption

But the truth is that I've got two looks these days – full glam or full potato. There is LITERALLY no in between (and I don’t take many photos on full potato days which account for 99.99% of the time) 😂

But who says you can't be a powerhouse woman in business, a loving mama, AND still slay in a pair of strip lashes anyway?!

So, my social media presence is evolving. I've been MIA for a while because I feel like my life doesn't necessarily align with the type of content I've created in the past..

I'm not eating out enough to share restaurant reviews and I’m not personally doing as many shoots to share my photography..

What I AM is a mama first, and a multi-passionate woman in business, who decided to build a family and grow my career at the same time 🫶🏼

I’m excited to share more about my motherhood journey, business, and
juggling the two. But don’t worry - this girls still gotta eat 😂

It was dark and pouring rain all day then for a minute, the sun came through! ☀️ it might just be a plate of pickles, but to me it’s photography magic 🥰 this is what I love about shooting with natural light!
