Just under 6 months ago, I was working in a servo making coffee every day, the job sucked but I was good at it. 6 weeks before I left, a new manager came in and made every shift feel like it was hell. By the last few weeks I was stressed, didn't want to go in and had to call in sick on multiple occasions because of stress. During one of those hell weeks, a legend by the name of Ed () gave me a heads up that Brodgeclimb was hiring. Within a week of Ed telling me of this, I was offered a spot on the group interview, on the day of the group interview I was offered a spot on the team. Since then these legends have helped me train up, we've had laughs and helped me by covering shifts whilst I tried to help my RFS Family.it's been nothing but pleasure to work with these amazing people.
