I visited the beautiful city when I was only 16. I was intrigued with capturing faces whilst I was there. My father grew up in the city of Beirut. We stayed there with my Aunty Theresa and her family. Although it was 10 years ago. I remember the people. You would walk inside their shop, and they would offer you coffee and chocolate. They would scream of excitement when they knew you were a tourist. Their hearts were always warm and full of gold. Everybody was family. Even when you didn’t know them. My heart breaks for the beautiful city that is destroyed. I pray for the people that are injured and sent to the heavens. Hold your love ones close. Never take your days for granted. We never know what is tomorrow. Thank you God for another day. 🖤

365 days married to this beautiful human. Leading up to our wedding, my parents sat me down, and they said to me, “After a wedding, there is a marriage, don’t forget that. Marriage is not easy, there will be tough days, but remember, you only have each other at the end. Once you’re married, that’s it, you are with that person for eternity.” At the time, I was thinking, why are my parents lecturing me... One year later, I finally understood. And oh did I understand. The silly fights of who would do the chores and constant battle of having to be interested in football...Between all that, I fell in love with Adrian every day. This morning I told my husband that “covid has made me a happier person”. Bizarre right. He almost couldn’t believe what I was saying. You see, before Covid I was burning out. I slept 3-4 hours a night. I barely ever spent any time with him. I forgot about me. I’m grateful for Covid, because it taught me balance. I’ve never been so excited to produce and create content. 🖤

To think 10 years ago, I was celebrating my 16th birthday! It was the year my mum gifted me with my very first camera. Wow, does time fly! 16 year old me, had the world figured out. She wanted to be an engineer, I wanted to be married by 22, wanted 6 kids by 30... 😂 oh the list goes on. However, I never truly believed I would be able to pursue photography and videography. It was a wish, that certainly came true. There is a saying that goes, tell God your plans, and he will laugh. He blessed me with more than I could ever imagine. 🖤

Thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday, the countless DMs from clients and followers. My heart is so incredibly full! I couldn’t be more blessed! I’m excited to see where my next trip around the sun takes me next! Love you all. ### SWC

Whenever people ask me, “how do you have so many clients, was is it?”. My biggest advice is, never ever forget your very first clients. Don’t forget the people who booked you when you had absolutely nobody! I’ve known Kash from the very start of my photography journey. She’s watched me grow and quite honestly, I couldn’t be more grateful for her believing in me. My favourite stylist!
