The membership starts at $1,000 a week, there’s a five-stage application process that includes financial checks, and there are still 30,000 people on the waitlist. Inside: a candlelit bathhouse, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, full-body MRIs, and music that literally changes frequency as the day goes on. Tim Gurner built it around the way he actually lives. It now has six locations across Melbourne and Sydney — all at capacity.
