As I prepare to handover my responsibilities as WO-N I would like to acknowledge my peers in Warrant Officer of the Air Force Australia , RSM Army and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to CDF. Together in a room we could be a powerful advocate force on how to improve.

The Bellinger River RSL Sub-Branch invites current and former serving ADF members, veterans and their families to join our free weekly fitness classes at Bellingen Fitness in Raleigh.

Supported through the RSL NSW Sport & Recreation Program, these professionally led sessions are designed for all fitness levels and focus on improving physical and mental wellbeing while building connections with others who share similar experiences.

As Sub-Branch President Emma Palmer says, "So much more comes from it than just physical fitness."

Classes are held every Tuesday from 9.00am–10.00am (Core Strength & Balance) and Saturday from 9.30am–10.30am (Full Workout Session). First-time attendees are asked to email [email protected] before attending.

RSL NSW is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael (Mick) Frewen GAICD as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Frewen joins RSL NSW following an extensive executive search process and brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning military service, emergency services, healthcare, not-for-profit management, and corporate leadership.

He has served as Chief Executive Officer of CareFlight since 2018, leading one of Australia’s most respected aeromedical charities through a period of significant growth and operational expansion.
