Looking for shapes and textures is part of the fun in architecture photography. Seeing how the designs compliment and interplay with each other makes it interesting. . .
These were all taken around the Circular Quay precinct recently.

Green on green on green . . . 🌿💚
That’s what Mt Field National Park offers, in Tasmania’s south. With its prehistoric looking landscape, moss-covered logs and tree trunks, and canopy of fern trees. About an hour and a half’s drive from Hobart, it’s a great day trip you will definitely want to enjoy!

My first breach of the season, and it went like this LOL 😂
It was a one-off breach from this big whale, probably a reaction to the big naval ship heading out past us (they use sonar and it messes a bit with the whales so sometimes they’ll jump out as a form of communication, or to get an eyeful of what’s happening on the surface). Either way, it was unexpected, pretty impressive and all over in 3sec! You’ve gotta be quick! 😄

Week 12 - Luxury

Living the high life! Point Piper, Sydney.
You too could live here for a pretty penny!
I struggled to think what to shoot for this theme, but remembered yesterday while on my whale watching trip, we go past some pretty impressive waterfront properties! So here’s my take on Luxury, with some Luxurious Real Estate in Sydney’s eastern suburbs!

Today is World Oceans Day 🌎 🌊🩵
Let’s all love, respect and help restore our oceans, and those who call it their home, together - in the words of Sir David Attenborough “For if we save the sea, we save our world!”

Ahh Richmond, Tasmania - mostly known for 2 things . . . the historic bridge and the friendly ducks! (Though there’s SO much more to see here too!)
The Richmond Bridge is Australia’s oldest stone arch bridge built in 1823, still carrying traffic today!
And the ducks!! - All shapes and sizes and colours. So friendly!🦆☺️
