After an early morning spent at a closed door event at the Calyx, we headed back up to the QVB for breakfast.

On a whim, I ventured up to the top floor and snapped this, which actually came out better than any of the photos from the event.

A moment forever frozen in time, of people going about their weekends, relaxing and having breakfast at the cafes that line the QVB's upper levels. But also something to aspire to, a picture of normality that we can return to.

Honoured to have been featured by the official Sydney page! 😅

Since the Gardens had been on my list of places to visit, I decided to swing by, and I was not disappointed. Not far from the Sydney CBD, it’s a refuge from the busy 9-5 life where people can find a place to relax. I visited on a weekday, and found only a couple of folk scattered about, giving me some freedom to explore the area.

Want to hide away from the hustle and bustle of the city? Take a stroll in the award-winning Paddington Reservoir Gardens in Inner Sydney. With its stunning rooftop garden and vibrant graffiti art, this heritage-listed space is perfect to relax and unwind.
