In an endeavour to stay true to my word of capturing for Art as well as work I have been thinking of putting on another photoshoot day.

These sessions are a love note to your body as it is right here, right now and I feel it couldn't be more needed with the resurgence we have had lately of females being told to be smaller in every way possible.

If you are wanting to push back against the mean voice in your head saying you aren't worthy of being in front of the camera, let alone without clothes on then this session might be just what you need.

I have a weakness for 2 things: Beautifully designed see-through glass bottles and Australian brands who focus on quality ingredients over opting for the cheapest way to produce something.

It so fun to be able to watch brands I have worked with grow and expand. Being able to be a small part of their journey is a true privilege. I first worked with in 2023 and have been working with them ever since, from our first E-comm shoot to dreamy lifestyle shots, shooting with the team is always such a fun day and working with such a beautiful product is an absolute bonus.

Supporting people who are game enough to go for their dreams and bring products to life brings me so much joy. It maybe hard work but there is no better feeling than seeing what you have created come to life at a photoshoot.

Do you know what I want to do more of in 2026? Experimental work for brands. Why simply create a stock standard image when you could create something exceptional, an image that makes people stop and wonder for a moment.

To often we get caught up in purely selling an object without taking a moment to see its beauty. A team devoted time to packaging, branding, logos and more, it should have a moment to shine!

We are constantly blasted with images online, all shiny and perfect. Which is great but how do you stand out when every one knows how to take a beautiful image? You create ART instead. You work with someone who is going to get into the ethos of what makes your brand unique and capture it for everyone to see.

I have always loved photographing people and fashion. Many people think fashion and art are superficial things that do not matter but I disagree.

Art is a way to express yourself, a way to see the wonder in the world, the beauty that we are surrounded by. Or a way for us to feel emotions that can be overwhelming.

I grapple with the my love of making art and using photography as a tool to make an income. All the images in this gallery come not from jobs but pure moments of expression and experimentation all the way to the final image in 2016! How time flys.

Following one's passion whilst also having to make money to fit into our society is always a balancing act. One I am still yet to get right but hopefully in the future I will have time to create art, for no other reason than bring some beauty into this ever increasingly volatile world.
