Our next finalist entry is a two for one deal - whippets CHLOE and BAILEY.

This is a series I like to call Whippet Good: A study in elegance and absurdity 👑🐾

Somehow incredibly sophisticated and completely ridiculous at the same time, these two are less dogs and more living works of art — I could photograph them all day and happily cover an entire wall with them (in fact, my new walls are crying out for this series...)

This ridiculously good-looking model understood the assignment from the second he stepped into the studio. The poses. The smoulder. The casual Burberry collab...

ROCCO didn’t come in for a photoshoot, he came to shoot his autumn/winter campaign and we were just lucky to be there 😂

This one is an emotional one to write (maybe I've been putting it off a little bit...) because beautiful MILHOUSE left us in March this year 💔🌈

Milly, her family and sister Bulma have been to see me several times in the studio now - and also once on the beach for Christmas photos 🙏 Plus I've been lucky enough to photograph other members of their family and their dogs.

From the second I met them I fell in love with this family so when I heard that Milhouse had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, I was beyond devastated for them.

She was such a character and such an important member of the family - and while we all know our dogs can’t stay with us forever, knowing that doesn’t make saying goodbye to them any easier. It’s one of the reasons photographing dogs means so much to me. At the time, you’re just taking photos of your little mate being themselves. And then one day, those photos become something else entirely.

Business clients make up about a third of what I photograph... but somehow they rarely make it onto the grid 🤦🏻‍♀️

I call them ‘headshots’ for want of a better description, but they’re so much more than the stiff corporate passport/school photos of old. I see them as a chance to capture the person behind the business and create a library of images that actually feel like you.

This session was a particularly fun one. Danielle has been in the studio with pretty much the whole family (!), so spending the morning creating content for her new business The Closet Reset felt like catching up with an old friend.

Who doesn’t love a full circle moment? ❤️

This gorgeous family were one of the very first to be photographed in my Newport space three years ago... and when they returned in May, they were one of the last before I closed the doors for the final time.

This time I got to photograph their new addition to the family, a gorgeous baby girl and Barney the dachshund, who definitely brought the main character energy 😍

Watching families grow has been the greatest privilege of the past three years, and while the address may be changing, the heart of what I do never will. Capturing the people and pets you love most, exactly as they are right now.

The next chapter is almost here... my new baby (I mean studio, don’t panic 😆) will enter the world very soon and I can’t wait for you to meet her 🙌🙌🙌
