After a 15 year career in corporate city roles, I made the career change into Early Years Education and opened my own family day care here in Narrabeen. I loved what I did so much and a huge part of that became documenting the children in my care's progress, through observations, reflections and day books. This is when my passion for storytelling with images began, as you could imagine my day book
s were a little OTT visually. I started to realise if I was not assessing a child's development, then often a picture can tell a thousand words. I began to get great feedback about how much my families were enjoying the daybook and it wasn't long before I started studying photography and invested in my first DSLR, the rest is history in the making.
