What an incredible day with these two!
We started in the charming heart of Newcastle, exploring its vibrant inner streets and hidden corners. From there, we went on a little road trip to chase that dreamy forest vibe tall pine trees towering above us like something out of a fairytale.

And just when we thought the day couldn’t get more magical, we ended at the breathtaking Anna Bay sand dunes in Port Stephens. Golden light, endless sands, and two people completely in love — pure magic.

Right after the emotional first look between the bride and her dad. We transitioned into her portraits with her bridesmaids and wow, what a vibe.

These ladies were more than just a bridal party. They were her hype squad, her sisters, her forever friends and you could feel that bond in every moment we captured. From fixing her dress and sharing laughs, to those quiet little glances of “can you believe this is really happening?” these are the moments that make wedding mornings so special.

We took our time with these portraits, soaking in the calm before the ceremony, and letting the natural light work its magic. No rushing, just good energy, heartfelt connections, and a whole lot of love.

A wedding filled with heritage, heart, and harmony.

We recently had the honour of capturing a truly unforgettable Chinese wedding at the peaceful and picturesque Chinese Garden of Friendship in the heart of Sydney. Surrounded by tranquil ponds, elegant pavilions, and lush greenery, it was the perfect setting for a day filled with tradition, beauty, and deep cultural meaning.

From the intricate details of the bride’s qipao and the groom’s traditional attire, to the emotional and heartfelt tea ceremony, every part of the day was a tribute to family, respect, and timeless love.

One of our favourite moments was witnessing the tea ceremony — a beautiful act of gratitude and unity. The couple knelt before their elders, offering tea in exchange for blessings, red envelopes, and words of wisdom. These moments were deeply moving and a reminder of how rich and meaningful cultural traditions are when woven into modern love stories.

The garden itself provided a calm oasis in the middle of the city, and every corner offered stunning photo opportunities. From stone bridges and cascading waterfalls to ornate architecture, every frame told a story of romance, balance, and connection.
