There is a particular kind of trust required before someone agrees to speak on camera about a home they have just built, and the best testimonials, when that trust exists, are never really about the product. They are about what it felt like to be in someone else’s hands for a long time, and whether those hands were steady.
The Vaucluse house by Virtue Projects is the kind of project that makes that conversation easy. The craftsmanship does most of the talking. Their client was generous enough to share their experience on camera, and we had the pleasure of capturing both the house and their words, a reminder that the story around a build can matter as much as the build itself.
