I teach everyday people how to photograph their lives, preserve memories and make sure their kids’ childhood doesn’t end up lost in 47,000 phone photos

11/09/2026

LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS HOW YOURE DOING YOURS?!👇🏻

Feels so good. 93,000 phone photos. 11 years behind. And WE’RE FINALLY PRINTING THEM 🥹📸

I did the research + the maths because printing this many photos was looking like a $5–6k+ exercise. 😭

I looked at Chatbooks, slip-in albums and finally landed on Blurb... one beautiful hardcover book per year for around $230 each.

I’ve ordered the first three and I CANNOT WAIT to show you. 👀 (I'm also going to very slowly catch up on my month books I think because I just loved them so much and they're so mini!)

And while we wait… we’re moving onto the next phase > professional photos.

You know the ones you bought as digitals because you’d “print them later”?

Later has arrived my friends and I'm SO pumped to show you some options ❤️

If all this photo organising has taught me anything, it’s this: I don’t just want us to get better at KEEPING our photos...

If all this photo organising has taught me anything, it’s this: I don’t just want us to get better at KEEPING our photos. I want us to get better at TAKING them and start using our cameras again 📸

Because once we’ve sorted the 47,000 photos, backed them up, printed the albums and promised ourselves we’ll never let it get this bad again... I don’t want us filling our camera rolls straight back up with 14 s**tty ass versions of the same moment and getting ourselves overwhelmed again

I want you to know how to look at your kid doing something completely ordinary and know how to turn THAT into a photograph you fu***ng love.

The light. The angle. The settings. The composition. The story.

You do not need to become a professional photographer.

But if you’re the person responsible for documenting your family’s life, learning photography is one of the best skills you can give yourself.

And this is your little warning to HUSTLE if you’ve been thinking about learning from me 👀

My Complete Photography Bundle is currently $99AUD.. but not for much longer

Very soon it’s moving into the new Tales Told Academy, where I’m upgrading the whole thing with more video education + a live group welcome/Q&A with me.

When it relaunches, the price is doubling.

BUT everyone who gets the bundle now becomes one of my founding bundle members and will be moved across + get the new upgrades without paying the new price.

So basically…

get in for $99 before I make it better and more expensive lollll

Comment TALES and I’ll send you the link ❤️📸

Let’s keep sorting the photos we already have… and learn how to beautifully document everything that comes next.

Comment METHOD if this is your sign to finally sort your s**t out!!!!

I’ve been saying “I’ll do it later” for YEARS.

When I have more time.
When I can make the albums properly.
When I finally become the scrapbook mum I apparently thought I was going to become.. (I still want to be the scrapbook mum)

And somehow… I ended up 11 years behind.

I was genuinely embarrassed to share it because I’m a PHOTOGRAPHER. I’ve spent over a decade telling other families how important their memories are while mine were scattered across phones, hard drives, galleries + boxes.

But apparently I’m very much not alone because 20,000 of you have followed along in the last week ALONE wanting to sort yours out too. 🥹

So I hear you loud and clear.. We need a proper method for this.. so I am turning the exact system I’m creating + using to fix my OWN 11-year backlog into The Memory Keeper Method.

It's a system to follow to organise your photo backlog and THEN a system moving forward so we start taking photos wayyy more intentionally so they're easier to keep!

We need get this s**t DONE by Christmas🎄because I want us to start FRESSHHHHH with our photo system in the new year! New year.. new us 😎🤣🤣🤣

Comment METHOD and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know when it’s ready ❤️

I have been feeling guilty about this for at least TEN years.

Every year I’d tell myself, I’ll do it later. When I have more time. When I can make the albums properly. When I have time to scrapbook.

And shockingly, that magical time has never arrived

So now I’m like f**k it. I’m doing it.

And I’ve actually felt really embarrassed sharing how bad my photo situation is because… I’m a photographer. I’ve spent years telling other people how important these memories are while my own kids’ photos have been sitting unorganised and unprinted.

But instead of waiting until I can do it perfectly, I’ve made myself a system and I’ve just started. I have been organising years worth of photos on my walking pad in the mornings!

The first thing I did was make a plan.. work out where the hell 11 years of photos are hiding, what I actually have, and how I’m going to tackle it without completely overwhelming myself.

If you want that exact plan so you can start yours too, comment PLAN and I’ll send it to you for free

I’m now right in the middle of sorting + compiling everything and I’m nearly ready to start PRINTING 🙌🏼

So follow my Better Late Than Never series on my page to see exactly what I do with them, where I print them and how I’m creating a system I can actually keep up with.

Because I am not a scrapbook mum... YET

Right now, I just want the photos printed and I want you to be able to sort yours out WITH ME! So let's gooooo

WTF HI to the 15,000 new people who have followed along in the last few days 👀🥹😭❤️

Apparently there are A LOT of us with a decade’s worth of family photos sitting in absolute chaos...

Right now I’m documenting my "Better Late Than Never" series... sorting, organising, backing up + finally printing 11 years of our family memories.

And seeing how many of you are here for this has made me realise… maaaan maybe we actually need to sort our s**t out before I teach you how to take MORE photos. (My main thing is I teach you how to take better phone and camera photos)

So I’ve decided Im turning the exact system I’m using to organise this backlog in my series into a step by step system called "The Memory Keeper Method" so you can do yours alongside me... Because LET ME TELL YOU... this s**t is sooooo satisfying. I've only done 5 years of phone photos so far and the RELIEF is something elseeeee.

THEN after we all do that we can later dive into my Tales Told Academy where I'll still continue to teach you to take beautiful, intentional photos but then with an actual system to organise, protect + print them afterwards too because I've come to realise this last two weeks that this is probably the most important bit and I want to sort this out with you first!!! 😅😅😅💀

Basically my thing here is to help you take better photos → AND actually keep them.

I cannot WAIT to do this with you guys🥹

So if you're new here - WELCOMEEEEE BESTIE!

and comment METHOD if you want first dibs when the organising system is ready! I've been SLAVING away on it behind the scenes for you and can't wait to show you! 🫶🏻

we took the photos because we never wanted to forget... and now they're forgotten in the cloud.. or in a storage box somewhere in the shed 😫

If you're new here, I'm Jade - A mum of 3 and photography teacher and I'm over here fixing 11 years of my own neglected family photos, and creating a system so we this never happens again... so if that sounds like something you need to do rrigjt now follow along and let's sort this s**t out together 🥹🙏🏻

IT'S THIS 👇🏻😭🥺

We take the photos.

SO. MANY. PHOTOS.

First steps. Tiny hands. Messy breakfasts. Birthdays. Christmas mornings. Them running into our arms.

And THEN we put our phones back in our pockets and take another 40 tomorrow.

My eldest is 11 now.

And I’ve spent the last few weeks going through 11 years of photos of her growing up and realising that while I photographed basically everything…

I did almost nothing with them.

They’re sitting in a camera roll with 96,000 other photos.

On random hard drives.

In old galleries.

In folders I haven’t opened in years.

And now I’m looking at this kid who somehow isn’t little anymore thinking… what was the fu***ng point of taking all of them if we never actually get to SEE them?

So I’m fixing it.

I’m going back through all 11 years, finding them, sorting them, printing them, making the albums + getting them onto our walls.

And I’m documenting the whole thing in my Better Late Than Never series over on my page for free right now so you can do yours alongside me.

If you’ve also been saying “I really need to sort out the kids’ photos” for approximately 400 years 😂

Comment PLAN and I’ll send you the free template I’m using to sort mine and follow along for the series!! ❤️

Because apparently “I’ll do it later” is how you blink and the little girl in the photos is suddenly 11. 🥺

01/09/2026

I'm going to help you sort your photos out and print them, for free 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Comment PLAN and I'll send you a planning template to get your photos OFF the cloud and into your hands...

I really thought taking thousands of photos of my kids meant I was doing a GREAT job of documenting their childhood.. because I take photos of them ALL THE TIME. I pay for alllll of the photoshoots, one if not two a year...

Except my eldest is now 11 and I’ve realised I’ve done a really good job of TAKING the photos…

and a fu***ng terrible job of doing anything with them afterwards.

I have 96,000 photos on my phone.

About 30 hard drives.

Professional galleries I haven’t downloaded.

Random printed photos.

Videos everywhere.

And almost no actual system for any of it.

So I’m giving myself 30 days to backdate 11 years of our family photos and actually do something with them.

Organise them.

Print them.

Put them into albums.

Get them onto our walls.

And most importantly, create a system so I never end up this fu***ng behind again 😂

I’m documenting the entire thing in my Better Late Than Never series on my page for free, where I’m showing you exactly what I’m doing, where I’m printing things, what I’m ordering, what it costs + what everything looks like when it arrives.

And if your family photos are currently an absolute s**t show too, comment PLAN and I’ll send you the free planning template I’m using to sort mine ❤️

Then follow along because we’re sorting this s**t out together.

Better late than never
