As the sun rose this morning on the first day of Autumn, the water has gone down revealing bridges and connections back to our loved ones. Although visible, please be advised that bridges and roads are pending structural inspection before being opened.

Although flood waters are receding, major flooding is still occurring with still no sign of any bridges connecting Gympie to Southside yet.
