You may be wondering why there's two years in-between uploads, so I thought I'd give a little run down of why that is. After I had my first Baby girl in November 2014, I knew I was never going to be able to go back working FIFO, nor did I want to, so I endeavoured to follow my passion in photography. At first I knew it was going to have to take a back seat and be a hobby, whilst mumming was certai
nly my priority, but I knew it was something I would most definately want to work towards to one day be my full time career. Off I went and started a brand new career photographing and editing for maternity shoot, newborns, cake smashes, sitters, almost anything I could get my hands on. At the end of 2015, I had a few photo shoots from family and friends and friends of friends up my sleeve, so I thought 'Ok bub is one, lets start my page up and get moving'. So in December I uploaded some photos with my first ever "watermark" (I had no idea how to do this properly as you can see) and I would work on it over the next couple of months. I haven't taken these photos down because I'm not ashamed of them. We all need to start somewhere and it's exciting to see how far I've come and to know how far I want to go too. February 2016 came along and I was pregnant again with my second little girl, who was born in October. Again photography was put on the back burner. Which leads me to where I am now. Bub is almost one and I've got the itch again to move forward and make something of it whilst also mumming.
