This man took a chance on me early, back when no one was watching. Now people are starting to catch up. Today I’m taking you to one of my favourite places in the world, Tscharke Wines. It pushes me creatively every single day while still giving me room to breathe and actually create. And here’s the crazy part. This venue is hiding one of the Barossa’s biggest secrets.

I’d be the biggest hypocrite if I didn’t show my own clients what to do on social media. Every single time we’re filming, I ask them the same thing: how badly do you want your business to succeed?

So here’s what a day actually looks like. A video shoot in the Clare Valley. Then all the way over to the Barossa for a dance routine. A catch-up with a client in Kapunda. Then back home to Riverton. That’s a lot of kilometres in one day.

On International Women’s Day, I want to take a moment to recognise the incredible work of

Kylie is someone with big goals for her community and a genuine desire to leave a legacy - inspiring both women and men to care for their mind, body and soul, and to live a healthier life.

Nearly two years ago she came to me with a vision: to open a gym right in the main street of Kapunda. From the moment she shared the idea, I knew her passion and determination would see it happen.

Her purpose never shifted. She would always say, “I’m not here to make money. I’m here to help my community. I want women to feel safe and seen in a gym. I want women and men training together, supporting each other.”
Fast forward to today, and I’d say she’s achieved exactly what she set out to do.

Speaking as someone who has watched this unfold - and on behalf of many in our community - thank you, Kylie. You are an incredible role model for the people around you.

You inspire me every day.

What Sid and Tanya have created here is something special. Being part of the journey and watching the new development take shape has been incredible. Seeing it all come together like this… it hits differently.
