What an incredible night last night! ❤️

This is the 4th year I’ve had the privilege of photographing the annual Granite Belt Chaplaincy Gala Dinner, and it truly is such an honour to be part of this special event each year.

Many years ago, I served as a School Chaplain across two schools in North Brisbane for several years, and to this day, it remains one of the highlights of my working and ministry life. So school chaplaincy will always hold a very special place in my heart!

Being able to give back by donating my event photography each year, along with family photography vouchers for the live auction, is such a blessing. It’s a small way I can continue to invest in a ministry I know firsthand makes such a difference in the lives of young people and their families.

This year, I also had the joy of donating one of my Kalbar Sunflower images - a stunning framed metal print, which was won at auction by Scott and Rita Carnell! 🌻

And the most incredible part?

ALMOST $100,000 RAISED IN ONE NIGHT! 🙌

What an extraordinary outpouring of generosity from our Granite Belt community and beyond, all in support of such a worthwhile cause!

I’m so grateful to play even a small part in making nights like this possible. ❤️

54 years of marriage, 6 children, 19 grandchildren and 38 years building the incredible legacy that is Kent Saddlery.

Helen & Lyle are true Stanthorpe locals, having lived in our beautiful region all their lives. They’re also a very special part of our Vineyard Christian Church family - a church they even helped to build! So it seems fitting that they would be part of our fundraiser with their own little couple session ❤️📸

It was such a privilege to capture these two together and celebrate a lifetime of family, faith, hard work and love ❤️

❤️📸 WE STILL HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE FOR OUR FUNDRAISER MINIS!! 📸❤️

It might look a little quiet on our page, but we’ve actually been VERY busy behind the scenes! We’ve already photographed 7 sessions since the beginning of September, with another 8 sessions still booked in! 🎉

We haven't been able to share them all because some are being kept secret for Christmas gifts, and some families prefer to keep their kiddos off social media ❤️

These mini sessions are a fundraiser for the Kids & Youth Ministry at Vineyard Christian Church. Every session booked helps support the programs and activities we run for local kids and young people in our community.

So if you've been wanting to book some beautiful updated family photos, this is a great time to do it!

We had such a great time updating Tayla and Brandon’s family photos last weekend! 🤍

We first met this sweet family at their very first session with us two years ago, so it was so special to catch up with them again and see just how much the kiddos have grown!

And an extra big congratulations to Tayla and Brandon, who recently got engaged! 💍 Such an exciting new chapter for their beautiful family.

We're still busy photographing lots of beautiful families, but we're just doing things a little differently.

Before sharing any sneak peeks on our page, we're giving each family the chance to view their gallery and choose the images they’d like to purchase first. Once their selections have been made, we can then share some of those favourites with you!
