From a young age Taylor has been immersed in the arts, studying at the Australian Ballet School (ABS) for eight years where she found her unique eye for line, shape and form. Taylor received her certificate 5 in classical ballet and her Advanced Diploma of Classical Ballet by the age of 18. Her classical ballet background can be seen throughout her photography as she works strongly with models and
designers to push boundaries and create dynamic lines, shapes and forms within her images. Taylor is a 2012 graduate from Photography Studies Collage (PSC) receiving her Advanced Diploma of Photography in 2013, where she was awarded the ‘Excellence in Commercial Major’ Award. Graduating with a portfolio score of 96 - High Distinction
Taylor’s passion for fashion drives her creativity. She loves to push boundaries and create strong powerful images ranging from highly dynamic, bold images to soft and lyrical. Taylor has always been inspired by the arts, therefore she loves to work conceptually in a commercial setting. She loves to create images from head to toe making sure every thing has a purpose within the frame and prides her self on her keen eye for detail in every image she takes. In 2013 Taylor traveled to New York to work with Dance Media, one of the world’s leading dance publishers. She shot many famous dancers, with her work being published in both ‘Pointe’ and ‘Dance’ magazine for global distribution. Earlier in 2013 Taylor was selected to travel to Sweden to work alongside and assist world-renowned photographer and digital artist Alexia Sinclair on her latest series ‘A Frozen Tale’. Now based in Melbourne, Australia, Taylor continues to travel to New York to work with Dance Media and on other Commercial projects. Taylor is a fun-loving vibrant person who loves working with people to create inspiring, powerful images. Awards 2011-2013
