I have been using a camera for many years, but in 2013 I decided to move into photography in a more focused way. My main focus is on portraiture, pet photography and underwater photography (especially when scuba diving), but I also dabble in other forms of photography to keep things interesting. Two as one ... can you see where one person starts and the other person ends when joined as they are?

I recently had a fun and cool black light photo session. I have wanted to do this style of photo for many years and now I have done my first. There are do many options to explore in this style of photographs, so I look forward to exploring it more in the future.

A little hint of the photo shoot I had yesterday.

I am looking forward to retouching the images from this shoot and sharing the results with you all soon.

This was my 1st black light photo shoot, but I am sure it won't be my last.

Tayler and Ash did such a great job with the UV body paint and Samantha and Jacob were cool to watch as they posed fir the images.

I believe I can fly

The wonerful Joy Ehue from our last shoot.

While we were walking about the Brisbane Botanical Gardens looking at the different areas we could use, Joy had the idea of doing a leap in the air. After a few practice attempts of capturing Joy in mid air (I was too close at first) we captured this cool image.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph Joy Ehue again. It took us a little bit of time to align our schedules and I am so glad that we did.

Joy is such an easy going and energetic model as well as being such a nice person. It was such a relaxed shoot we had on a sunny day in Brisbane.

I look forward to working with Joy again in the future.

After discussing having a photo shoot together for some time, Joy Ehue and I finally made it happen this morning.

Joy is such a delightful and energetic model and so easy to work with. I first met Joy a few years ago on a group photo shoot and saw her talent back then, so I was happy to be able to photograph her again.

Tge photo shoot was conducted at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens and QUT.

Today, my partner and I visited our friends we haven't seen in a while.

When we walked into their home I noticed a photo on the wall I had captured from a new born photo shoot with their first son. As we walked up the stairs, I noticed more photos from the shoot.

Once in the kitchen, I could see yet more images from the photo shoot hanging in their dining room.

As a photographer, I find it quite rewarding to see photos I have captured printed and hanging on a wall bring joy and memories to our friends and clients.

Thanks Amelia and Dane for allowing me to capture the images and for displaying them in your home.
