I heard something that stuck with me. 😮

And it's pretty confronting.

It's not mine, and I don't know who said it first...
(It was shared by an incredible team member and a born leader.)

But it's worth sharing.

It goes like this ⬇️

"The richest place in the world...

Is a graveyard.

Why?

Because all the dreams are still inside the hearts of the people who are there."

And that stuck with me.

I don't want to go to my grave, knowing that I didn't do EVERYTHING possible to live my dreams.
To bring my dream life into reality.

That I didn't step into them, coz I was afraid.

That I didn't bring forth all the magic that lives inside me into the world.

That I didn't stand up and be seen and heard.

That I didn't go all in, on what I daydream about, on that life that I am truly called to.

So many of us just ACCEPT.
Our life is good enough, coz others have it worse.

Believing we are "lucky" as we are. And that may be partly true, but it also holds us back from going for anything more.

If you subscribe to the idea of having 1 go at life.
Ever.

Then why the hell would you not make it the most epic, all in, heart-on-fire, wildest, most fantastic life, known to man?

Make it one for the history books?

One for your family to carry forward, a legacy of a life thoroughly, wholeheartedly and most amazingly, lived?

🔑KEY TO A F*&K YES LIFE IS.. ⬇️

Children do it innately.
Its in their essence.

Being childlike.
Allowing and enjoying play.
Saying yes to their heart.
Fully.
Without judgement.
In any moment.

Going all in.
On what their heart, their gut, their intuition, says.
Living wholly into those desires, those dreams and what they'd truly, deeply love.

And somewhere along the way to adulthood, we often bury it under the mound of society's perceived roles, responsibilities and rules.

It's new. And I'm here for it. No half-assing! 😂

I don't half-ass. I go heart first, wholly and completely.
And for the most part, people see that. And more importantly, they feel that.

And sometimes they don't. 🤷‍♀️
But they're not my soul tribe either.

This past 2 weeks has seen phenomenal growth personally, emotionally, and in opportunity.

I WAS TRAPPED IN THE BATH. NO JOKE.

Sept 22.

Out of the blue, I got "sick."
I ceased to function.

Doctors put me back on anti-depressants.

I lost 50% of my hair.
I spent whole days in the bath,
breathing my way through rolling panic attacks.
And a debilitating feeling of being unsafe in my body.

My body was terrified to be alive.
I could not care for my kids, stand in the kitchen to make a meal, or leave the house.

It still scares me today.

But I crawled my way out.
With the help of homeopathics, energetic kinesiology, and the medical medium diet and protocols.

To this day, I largely live by these protocols, nurturing my liver, my adrenals, and nervous system.

It's not negotiable.

Yep a tiny corner in my bedroom, because our house actually "houses" 6 people in 4 bedrooms.

Ever wondered why people freakin love those blooper reels?
The seemingly mundane videos of you doing your everyday chores? Like drinking water and stirring the bowl?

Because we are hard-wired for truth.
There's a part, in the heart of us, that loves to see and searches for, the real, vulnerable, honest, unfiltered truth.

It's the willingness to be open that connects. That makes take notice and feel like we can relate. That we are super curious about. It's this which flicks the switch from follower to raving fan and "love the heck out of you," loyal vibes.

In our essence we are truth. We seek truth, we long for it, we thrive, grow and find pleasure in expressing it. We value it in relationships. It's what allows depth of intimacy.

And as such, we look for it. In those we value, those we admire, those we invest in, those we love and trust.

And it delights us when others are fully operating from this space, because it feels like home.
