Miss E walked into the studio today and from the second we started chatting I knew this was going to be one of those sessions… the kind where the ideas just keep getting bigger and bigger because the energy in the room is electric. When a woman chooses the Do******ix Collection, you don’t play small. You go all in.

So we did exactly that.

We started in the Whiskey Room with fishnets and attitude, moved through the kitchen, took over the pool table, and then finished soaking wet in the Rain Room with the motorbike like the absolute badass she is. Five bonus sets, one unstoppable woman, and a gallery that just kept getting hotter with every click of the shutter.

And we’re not even done yet.

I’m obsessed with Miss E’s gallery.
Like… the kind of obsessed where you sit there scrolling through the images again after the client leaves because you still can’t quite believe what you just created together.

Today wasn’t just a photoshoot.
Today was a line-in-the-sand moment.

Miss E walked into the studio carrying the weight of a chapter that had just closed. a divorce that had forced her to rebuild parts of herself she didn’t even realise had been chipped away over the years.

Today wasn’t just a photoshoot. Today was about celebrating herself after her divorce. stepping into a version of her that feels free, liberated, and powerful again.

Originally she booked the Muse Collection for 10 images and had it on a payment plan she’d been chipping away at before her shoot.

But then we sat down for the reveal…

And the second her gallery hit the screen we both knew 10 images wasn’t going to cut it.

So we upgraded straight to the Baddie Collection… and then added another five images on top of that too.

25 images later and five gorgeous Polaroids in hand, we’re celebrating a woman who has just rediscovered her fire.

Her power.

It’s about moments like this, when a woman who thought she’d lost herself realises she was never gone… she was just waiting for the right moment to come back.

I believe as a photographer, you should walk the walk and stand in your clients shoes for a day. And that’s exactly what I did.

One of my gorgeous past clients is currently being mentored by me to open her own Bo***ir studio in a few months time. So I decided to step in front of her camera in all my gloriousness.

And I’ll tell you what…
I rescheduled on her. I think it was about four times because I had so many body image issues going on at the moment. After having Skyla, I lost 40 kg and then regained 20 of those. I’ve been hating the way my body looks when I look in the mirror.

Yes, yours truly has body image issues too 👌💋

So after I mustered up the courage and told my negative self talking brain to shut the f**k up I got in front of the camera and I’m so glad that I did.

All the negative thoughts I’ve had about my body…..GONE!

I’ve been looking at my C-section Mum tum and hating the excess loose skin. After seeing myself in the images I now realise I was being delusional about it.

So there you go.
Just book the fu***ng shoot
stop putting it off and trust the process.
You’ll learn to love your body a whole lot faster 😉
