Huge thanks to the wonderful Aero the Black Shepherd and his lovely mum for joining me for one of my Winter Splash sessions at Blairgowrie Beach. 🖤🐾

Aero was an absolute trooper—he didn’t hesitate to leap straight into the chilly water, joyfully splashing up and down the shoreline chasing shells. It was such a treat to capture his adventurous spirit!

Wanted: Water loving dogs who are happy to have a splashy winter dip.
I am offering 3x free 30 minute photoshoots to help me to capture photos to enter into an international pet photography competition and to build my portfolio.
Must be available in the afternoon of Wednesday 16/7, Friday 18/7 or Saturday 19/7 at either Blairgowrie Dog Beach or Safety Beach Dog Beach.
To say thank you for your time you will receive a free professional photoshoot for your dog, professionally edited photos to view in a digital gallery and a complimentary digital download of your favourite image. You will also have the opportunity to purchase further images and artwork - but there will be no pressure!

This is Freddy. Freddy is the first fur child of Ellen and Ben, and loves to visit the local cafes in Mornington as well as hang out at the beach with his mum and dad.

This photo received top ten in the Unleashed Embark photography competition - out of 100 other images from great pet photographers. The competition is called 'Get Down' and you have to get down to a very low angle. The judges loved the location - Mills Beach, Mornington - and the expression of the dog - Freddy - as well as all the photography requirements of good lighting and good editing.

This is Sally and Billie. Sally is my cavoodle and she has been best friends with Billie the kelpie cross ever since they were pups. As they are entering their senior years they still love spending time together and we decided that we had to have some photos to celebrate their friendship. Does your dog have a best friend? I'd love to hear about them!

I am a part of an awesome group of pet photographers who are completing the Unleashed Embark challenges. The first challenge was to include bold colour. It took a while of location scouting to find this magnificent beach box on the Mornington Peninsula but I am glad I put in the effort. Sally and I were awarded Top 10 for this photo with the judges saying that it reminded them of a warm summer's day.

Sally is such a trooper! I am starting a pet photography challenge where I photograph a different scene every 2 weeks to force me to get out and about and try out different techniques. So far Sally has been happy to be my model, but she would be happy to share the limelight. So if you have a dog who would enjoy posing and get paid in snacks please get in touch. This fortnight's challenge is all about colour.
