It’s the end…
Well, sort of.

When Naomi and April, Modor and Dohter decided to start this partnership we went in with the agreement that we’ll do this for a year and reassess. Well, it’s been a year and we’ve decided… we’re going to dissolve Modor and Dohter and continue with our own personal art, always together but separately.

From Naomi- This past year having the opportunity to spend this time with not only my daughter, but a really awesome human being and one of the best people I know, has been an experience that I will carry with me through my life and motherhood. I will be continuing on with this page and changing it back to my personal art offerings. I have my artist residence at Rockhampton Museum of Art in April/May and I would love your support. I will have open studios on Fridays and also an artist talk in my last week, please book, please come and support me.

April is continuing with her art as well, modelling, photography, painting, messy play… she’s so talented. Please continue to support her as well.

We want to thank every single one of you who trusted us with your vision, who engaged in our partnership, who liked out posts, who supported us together. We love you, truly. You hold a special place in our hearts always.

So at 1 year, 1 month, and 1 day after we began Modor and Dohter… we say thank you, thank you, thank you and we’ll see you around.

A little update 🤍

I’ve had an unexpected hand injury and surgery, which means I need to pause editing work for a short while to let things heal properly.

I’ll still be around to answer messages, but editing turnaround times will be on hold for the next few weeks.

Anyone currently waiting on galleries please message me with next steps.

Thank you for your patience — this pause is part of doing things well, not rushing them.
