I have been a photographer since my late teens, starting to work as a professional in my early twenties - for a wide range of newspapers, magazines and corporate customers. I have had breaks in between, where I did something completely different…but only for a while, only to find back to the art track a few months later! T

he camera is a tool for me to communicate with the environment, and allows me to dive deeper into the world I love to explore. Photographing people feels like a great privilege to me, it allows me to connect on a much deeper level. A person I recently photographed created the beautiful name “soul camera” for it. My photographic style is unobstructed and a more journalistic one. I don’t believe in posing or complicated setups. Available light, a matching location and the right “vibe” are my components to create the image. Emotion, atmosphere and expression matter more to me than the perfect setup, sharpness or photo-shopping. Unbelievable: had to send my Fuji X-T2 to their Australian Service Center in Sydney for repair, and they sent it back after ONE day only! I mentioned in the repair sheet that I am a professional photographer (www.fb.photography) and need the camera back asap, and they were faster than every Canon Professional Service EVER!!! Very happy - this is truely superb. Thank you Fuji!!!
