A little about me 🤎
Maternity and baby bumps have honestly become one of my favourite things to photograph. There’s something so beautiful about witnessing a woman standing at the beginning of motherhood ,carrying a little life, already loving someone she hasn’t even met yet.
I love the quiet moments of pregnancy. The hands resting on a growing belly, the way a mum looks at her bump, the excitement, the nerves, the wondering about who this little person will be and what life will look like once they’re finally here.
Motherhood is such a strange and beautiful thing. You spend nine months waiting to meet someone, and then somehow, the second you do, you wonder how you ever lived without them. 🤎
I think that’s what brought me to photography. I never wanted these moments to end myself. The pregnancy, the tiny newborn days, the sleepy cuddles, the little hands, the firsts, the chaos and all the beautiful in-between moments.
Because motherhood moves so quickly. One day you’re feeling those first little kicks, and before you know it, you’re holding a baby who has your whole heart. Then they’re growing, changing and becoming their own little person right in front of you.
So I think that’s why I love what I do so much. I get to freeze these little chapters for families — the moments that feel ordinary now, but one day will mean absolutely everything.
Not just the pretty photos, but the feeling of this season. The love that already exists, and the love that’s still waiting to be discovered. 🤎
