Payment plans are now available!

I completely understand that professional photography can be an investment and sometimes paying for everything all at once just isn’t realistic.

So I’ve introduced flexible payment schedules for selected sessions and packages, giving you the option to spread the cost across smaller payments. 🤍

There’s absolutely no awkwardness in asking for one either! I’ve introduced them for exactly that reason.

I want beautiful photos and keepsakes to feel a little more accessible, without having to miss out on capturing the moments that matter to you.

I should introduce myself at some point 😉🤎

Hiiii, I’m Shae!! The girl behind the camera 📸

You might know this little corner as Captured By Mae, but there’s actually a tiny story behind the name. Mae isn’t my name… it’s my daughter’s middle name. 🥹 When I started this, I wanted a little piece of the person who means the absolute most to me woven into something I was creating.

Which was very cute of me… until I realised Shae + Mae is confusing as hell HAHAHAHA.

So, while Mae will always be part of the reason this started, I think it might finally be time to make things a little simpler:

Captured By Shae. 🤎

And as for me, I’m 26, a mum first and foremost, photographer, professional yapper, coffee lover and at times too creative as I have a dangerous habit of looking at things and thinking “I could probably make that.”

I love pretty light, sunsets, tiny details, belly laughs, messy moments and photographs that actually feel like you.

I’m still learning, still creating and very much figuring things out as I go and apparently rebranding somewhere in the middle of it. 😂
