An awesome collection of campsites all up the western side of the Yorke Peninsula made for an amazing little trip away. Helped by the nice weather, the coastal camping is pretty special around these parts

I’ve been out discovering some new hiking routes around the Adelaide foothills and I have found some absolute gems.

From peaceful gorges and flowing rivers to steep climbs with fantastic views, it’s been good to try some new trails that are so close to home.

An opportunity to create content for one of the best camp spots I’ve ever stayed at is an opportunity worth taking.

An incredibly relaxing spot along the King River in the high country was home for a few days, a lot of time to relax, rewind and enjoy the scenery around us. The river was stunning and surprisingly warm to swim in, creating our own little white water rapid course on the inflatables.

Well worth the visit and will definitely have to come back again.

Escaping to the coast for a couple of days on the Yorke Peninsula, where perfect conditions and hidden gems made for an epic adventure with great mates. Yorkes is becoming a favourite spot this summer.
