5 ways to connect with your body 🌙🤍
As humans living in a busy world it’s so easy to get caught up in the disconnect, from ourselves , from our hearts. It’s important to remember to slow down and come back to our bodies in a way that makes us feel cool and connected.
1. Move your body, find a gentle flow like yoga and move your body in a way that feels good and delicious , away the hips 💃🥰
2. Spend time getting ready, wake up a bit earlier or start your day a little later if you can, light an incense, enjoy your shower , look at yourself in the mirror and talk to yourself about all you love and send extra love to the parts we may still be working on. Write an affirmation and enjoy the process 🤍🌹
3. Listen to your fav music and dance! No judgement on yourself , have fun , be sexy and sensual and just move intuitively 😍💃
4. Sensory self date , light your favourite candle , make a playlist and connect with yourself through your senses. Touch, smell, taste, sound ect. You won’t regret getting to know yourself ❤️🔥🌙
5. Remember to breathe , slow down and connect to your breath, listen to a meditation 🧘♀️
