For Rio Tinto’s RDS Service Award Dinner, we provided photography tailored to a smaller, more intimate celebration in an elegant winery setting.

For RAC’s recent awards event, we covered everything from speeches and award presentations to finalist groups, media wall portraits and the wider atmosphere of the evening.

The MEH Gala is packed with personality, fashion, fundraising and plenty of wonderfully unexpected moments, with multiple activities unfolding throughout the evening.

Helping our clients create the right experience often means bringing together more than one style of photography all working seamlessly as one team.

For Wesley College’s Year 12 Ball, we provided a complete photography solution designed around the different moments the College wanted captured.

While one photographer documented the event throughout the evening, a dedicated portrait photographer managed the photo station, giving students the opportunity for polished portraits with their friends. At the entrance, our paparazzi team brought extra energy to the red carpet arrivals, creating a fun and memorable welcome as students celebrated the end of their high school journey.

Great event photography starts well before the first photo is taken.

In this part of our ‘Debunking Myths About Event Photography’ series, we’re looking at pre-production: the run sheets, schedules, key people, priority moments and the details that help everything come together on the day.

Because while our photographers are very good at thinking on their feet, knowing what matters to our clients before the event means we can be in the right place, at the right time, ready for the moments that can’t be repeated.
