On Friday the 6th December 2019, the Mayor Carol Adams proudly presented 16 Kwinana students with a LyriK Educational Scholarship to assist them further their education in 2020. It was a positive morning bringing students, parents and family members, the local school community, sponsors and elected members together to acknowledge the achievements of Kwinana's young people. Entertainment was provided by the talented young local - Micah Walker. Best wishes to all these students for 2020!

On Friday the 4th December 2020, the Mayor Carol Adams proudly presented 16 Kwinana students with a LyriK Educational Scholarship to assist them further their education in 2021. Recipients, family, friends, teachers, sponsors and elected members came to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of Kwinana's young people in what has been an unprecedented year with many challenges. Entertainment was provided by the talented young local - Audrey Solomon. 2020 has been a crazy time for students around the world so all the best to everyone for 2021!
