In the sacred intensity of labor, love becomes something you can feel with every breath. A steady hand, soft eyes, quiet strength beside you when the world narrows to each wave. To be supported in those moments is to be reminded you are not carrying it all alone. Birth may happen through one body, but it is held by many hearts.

The transfer of energy during labor…
It’s like an exchange from baby to mum, mum to her support and then from her support back to mum and then back to baby.

Much like nature itself: the sun gives its energy to the wind, the wind carries it to the water, and the water returns it to the shore, sending energy back into the atmosphere.

Everything flows, everything gives, everything receives.
