September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month šļø and this little boy, is a reminder that cancer doesnāt just happen to āsomeone elseā
Every year, an estimated 760 parents are told āyour child has cancerā. The words no parent ever wants to hear, and in an instant their whole world comes crashing down.
What follows is a journey of hospital rooms, treatments, tests, medical terminology, uncertainty and unimaginable strength.
This month, Iām using photography to make a small difference.
Iām raising money for childhood cancer through mini sessions - and gifting complimentary sessions back to those families affected by childhood cancer.
