Hi There, my name is Kiera and I'm a maternity, newborn and family photographer. I am from Perth, however I am currently travelling Australia with my family. It’s my mission to bring the gift of photography to each community we visit, ensuring that no family is left without a chance to document their precious memories.

For a few days over the school holidays, this beautiful family were all together again, making it the perfect opportunity to update their family photos. We welcomed the sunrise and wandered along the beach together – the perfect morning!

A few years ago, they had family photos taken in this very spot. I really love the thought of those galleries sitting side by side - same beach, same family, but a whole lotta growth 🤎

Some sessions just feel like they're meant to happen…

Cian reached out hoping to organise a last-minute extended family session while relatives were visiting from interstate and overseas. At first, I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it work as I too had family commitments, so we agreed to play it by ear. Then, on Sunday morning, our plans changed.

The weather put an end to my family's fishing trip, which opened a window in my afternoon. I messaged Cian, and somehow every piece fell into place.

That evening, we watched grandparents cuddle grandchildren, cousins play together, and generations gather in one place. The beautiful thing about these sessions is that they're about so much more than photos.

Families grow, people move away, children change, grandparents get older and you never really know when everyone will be together again... I'm so grateful everything aligned for this session, because now each of these family members have these memories to take home with them - whether that's elsewhere in WA or on the other side of the world 🤎 and I got to meet a wonderful family.

I’m currently soaking up the newborn bubble and loving maternity leave, but I’m also getting so excited to start capturing the beautiful people and families of Onslow.

Whether it’s slow moments at home, sunset sessions by the water, loading up the dirt bikes or heading out fishing - I’m all about capturing connection in a way that feels relaxed, natural and true to you.

Oh the places I’ll go… I’ve spent the morning scrolling through old travel photos & client galleries, and stumbled across the time we watched the sunset at Uluṟu 🥹 this family were having the sweetest picnic as the sun set, and I offered to take a few snaps for them. Very unexpected but very special 🥰

I miss photographing the colours of NT, but I’m certain the colours of the Pilbara are going to be pretty damn special too 🧡
