KJFC team, please tag your mates, as it seems the committee or someone from the club has blocked my business page—perhaps because of my strength in standing up for what’s respected as a photographer, my beauty, my vibes, the artwork I create, or maybe all of the above ;)
Local photographers spend hours capturing, editing, and posting portraits. We invest heavily in equipment, insurance, and travel, and we love doing it because of our passion for the sport. It warms our hearts when players have the chance to invest in their portrait or share the image—but this is changing fast!
A local photography company is approaching football clubs with offers of sponsorship, but their terms forbid tagging or sharing other photographers’ work on the club’s page. Tagging local clubs provides great exposure for the community, the team, and grassroots football. Imposing such restrictions goes against the spirit of supporting the local community.
I will continue to speak out and will not be silenced or bullied away from what is right by blocking my page. It shows the immaturity of those involved. AFL PLAY AFL WA Football
