Couply years ago it was an 8-person group chat for .one.but.us.au pre-drinks — a few of us rocking up solo.
Now it’s closing in on 500 members and growing into something way bigger than I imagined.

Heres simple daily practice based on this book

Morning: Do a short meditation (Dispenza-style or your own), visualizing your ideal day or goal and pair it with strong elevated emotions.

During the Day: Watch your thoughts. Ask “Is this thought creating the future I want?”

Evening: Reflect on how you felt, what patterns came up, and where you can shift tomorrow.
