Of course, a family shoot at the beach or in the long grass is beautiful, but there’s something pretty special about your own home too.

The little feet, the loud laughs, the everyday chaos and all those moments that make your home yours.

There’s so much beauty in capturing your family just as you are, in a place that means something to you. Something you can look back on years from now and remember exactly how this season felt.

Yes, I’m still here 😅 Just somewhere in between surviving and thriving in motherhood, while hubby works away and I squeeze in bookings whenever I can 🥰

Since moving to Perth, I’ve realised photography can be a little harder to navigate than it was in Sydney. So many families here have a parent or loved one working FIFO, which means that when the stars finally align and everyone is home at the same time, it can be tricky to find a moment that works.

But when the timing does align… this is the result. ✨

Living here has really made me understand the value of time. When time together is limited, those little moments become even more precious — and photos become more than just photos. They become something you can hold onto when your family is apart.

So grateful I get to capture those moments when the timing is right 💛
