Transformation Tuesday!
Why you should learn photoshop?🤔
This is a nice example on how photoshop can help you achieve your desired vision. During this shooting with Lien from .o.b.coffeetraders we wanted to incorporate the cyan background in the picture, though I couldn't achieve it on camera as I had a 85mm prime and was struggling with the angle and framing. I ended up getting it but Lien's favourite picture wasn't perfectly framed so I took it into Photoshop and by masking the subject I could recreate the background...
It is not ideal as it is time consuming, so if you can, get it right in camera, BUT Photoshop is an awesome tool to have in your toolkit.📸⚙

I accidentally stumbled across Jim Rohn on Youtube a few weeks ago and I've been listening him since them. I can't recommend it enough if you need some motivation and inspiration for your week and life!

This is an example of how you can make an average image pop using post production 🎨
I usually prefer to get it right on camera because editing may be super time consuming 🤔
But this was a quick snap that I took at home without much planning...I wanted to experiment the coffee and milk mix so I setup quickly and clicked once before the coffee got too cold...
I wasn't really happy with the results on camera but I knew what I could create using ✍💭
Now I know what I should do differently when recreating this shot and I also improved my photoshop game by adding a few hours of practice 💪🏼
Practice leads to perfection, so practice, practice, practice...

Do you know why, even in events, I like to use black and white for some of my pictures? ⚫️⚪️
Well, there are 2 main reasons:
1) In events, light conditions may be really tricky and sometimes a bad light spot may ruin your great photo by creating a weird colour combination or a hot spot in your hero's face. B&W is a great way to solve that and save that great shoot 😊
2) Colours sometimes may be distracting, so when I want to emphasize emotions, movement, messages or anything that would get lost with colour, then BW is the way to go...

For me shooting events is in some aspects very similar to street photography, my fav style...
To get some interesting shoots you've got to walk arround, watch, see, frame, wait and click 📸
Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't...
In my opinion this one does 🤔 What do you think?
