In the south west of Western Australia at Boranup Beach you can find white sandy beaches with crystal clear water and venturing up here, the famous stingrays that are a tourist attraction at Hamelin Bay.

The stingrays are famous at Hamelin Bay,
they come for the food scraps from returning fisherman and stay for the attention from the visitors. These protected stingrays will come up quite close to you and while they are not aggressive towards humans, they do have a dangerous sting.

This area is also part of the iconic which we saw quite a few people doing it on this day. It was great to see one person picking up rubbish as he went and asking those he met to take it with them since he didn’t have the capacity to carry it himself. We were happy to help, being a lover of the initiative.

Something a little bit different for us. This stunning place is . We may have had a sneaky wine tasting while the kids were at school and bought some to take home it was so good.😋 We can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather for some more 📸 and more 🍷.
