A beautiful sunset session with this gorgeous mum and her little girl, while baby brother was still happily growing in mum’s belly. The energy and creativity little miss brought to the shoot had me smiling the whole time. She had plenty of pose ideas of her own! 💕

Since this session, their sweet baby boy has made his arrival earthside, and it has been such an honour to support this beautiful family both behind the camera and as their doula.

This was the second birth I’ve had the absolute privilege of capturing for and this little lady truly arrived on her own terms. After giving Mum a few signals a couple of nights earlier that she was nearly ready (and then deciding to pause), she made her entrance on the 15th of October, right when the moment was perfect for her.

I’m endlessly grateful to witness families grow and to capture these truly magnificent, once-in-a-lifetime moments 💛🍯

• Only ~1.5% of births happen in birth centres—yet they deliver far fewer interventions and much more continuity of care.

✨The most magical part of my work is being a part of families’ journeys through the beautiful milestones of life. I had the incredible honor of attending the birth of their first child, and now, 2.5 years later, I’m capturing the joy of their baby girls as well! From the first maternity session to those precious moments as a family, I get to witness and document their love and growth. My heart is filled with warmth and gratitude for being part of such special moments in their lives. It truly is a blessing! 💙🩷
