I’m so pleased to share that two of my images will be featured in Head On Photo Festival 2026 in Sydney!

My work ‘Mineral Bloom’ has been selected as a 2026 semi-finalist and will be showcased as part of the digital exhibition at Bondi Pavilion Gallery from 7–29 November.

I’m also delighted to be a Featured Exhibitor in this year’s festival, with another of my works exhibited in ‘WA Life’ along the Bondi Beach promenade.

It’s incredibly exciting to have two works included across such iconic Bondi locations and to be part of a festival that brings photography out of the gallery and into public spaces for everyone to experience.

If you’re in Sydney this November, keep an eye out for them!

Hello Friends,
I am getting ready to do a print run of my 2027 calendar. For those who have purchased one of my calendars before, the 2027 edition is the same format as previous years.

I am looking for expressions of interest (obligation free) for those who would like to purchase a calendar to help me calculate approximate numbers.

Please let me know in the comments below if you are interested and if you would like more then one.

The 2027 calendars feature a wide range of beautiful Western Australian landscapes including recent images from Cheynes Beach, award winning photos of Shark Bay and salt lake imagery from Karratha. The calendar includes Aboriginal place names, acknowledging the Boodja (Country) the images were created on. Calendar preview coming soon!

It was a pleasure to continue my relationship with BG&E Engineering recently, this time photographing Western Australia’s District Court.

A particular focus of the shoot was the beautifully preserved, heritage-listed portico façade of St George’s Hall, alongside the striking rooftop architecture of the District Court.

I always enjoy photographing buildings where old and new sit side by side, and this was a wonderful opportunity to capture the history, character and architectural presence of such a significant Perth landmark.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been named one of three finalists in the 2026 Australian Professional Landscape Photographer of the Year at the NZIPP Iris Awards. I was very lucky that all of my entries were awarded, gaining two Silver Distinctions, four Silver awards and one Bronze.

To have my work recognised alongside Chris Saunders and Mieke Boynton is something I’m very proud of. A huge congratulations to Mieke Boynton Photography for her amazing work and being recognized with this year’s title.

In a second competition, the Australian Photography Prize, I was fortunate to gain five Silver awards with some of the same images.

Looking through the finalist and award-winning images across the Iris Awards and APP, the standard of photography was exceptional. There was so much skill, creativity and individual vision on display, and it makes being recognised amongst such talented photographers even more meaningful.

Competitions like these are also a good reminder of just how diverse landscape photography can be. We can photograph the same country, sometimes even the same places, yet interpret them in completely different ways.

Very grateful to the sponsors, judges, NZIPP, APP and everyone involved in the Iris Awards. Congratulations all of this year’s finalists and award recipients.

I’m incredibly grateful and humbled by the results from the 2026 Landscape Awards. With more than 2,300 entries submitted across the four categories, it’s an honour to have my work recognised amongst such a talented field of photographers.

To have images awarded as a Finalist, Highly Commended and included in the Top 20 for the Aerial category is something I’m really proud of, especially knowing the awards also raised over $4,600 for The Wilderness Society.

A special thank you to Australian Photography magazine, the judges, and everyone who continues to support and encourage my photographic journey.

I’m also thrilled that one of my images in the Top 20 will be published in the June–July 2026 edition of Australian Photography magazine — a wonderful opportunity to share these unique aerial landscapes with a wider audience.
