A few weeks ago I had the privilege of photographing brave little Jett and his beautiful parents during what is undoubtedly the most difficult season of their lives.
Jett, has recently been diagnosed with Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome (WAS), a rare genetic immunodeficiency disorder that affects his body’s ability to fight infection and clot blood properly. Without specialized treatment, the condition carries serious risks including life-threatening infections, severe bleeding and certain childhood cancers.
In the coming months, Jett will need to undergo a stem cell transplant in Sydney. This means months away from home, significant medical expenses and the heartbreaking reality of his family being separated while they do everything possible to give him the best chance at a healthy future.
I’m sharing their GoFundMe and a link to join the stem cell donor registry (both are in my stories or in .jett ‘s bio link). Whether you’re able to donate, register, share their story or simply keep this family in your thoughts, every act of support matters more than you know.
Thank you for helping to wrap this beautiful family in love during such an incredibly challenging time. 🤍
