Hello, beautiful people!

After a much-needed pause I’m thrilled to announce my return, rejuvenated and eager to dive back into my passion for newborn photography.

A lot has happened since my last update: we sold our home (which sadly included my studio), welcomed our third child, and have been actively involved in our construction business. With the arrival of Jarvis, I reached a point of exhaustion, necessitating a break from April Lee Photography to cherish my newborn’s early days and navigate a struggle in his health journey.

Despite juggling our building business and my role as a primary school teacher, the creative spark for newborn photography remained undimmed. The universe seemed to echo my thoughts, with past clients encouraging my return.

Our family’s recent photo session was a turning point. I realised my love for capturing the magic of love in a family is too strong to ignore. Hence, I’m delighted to share that I’m resuming newborn photography!

I’m super excited to share with you that I will be working from a beautiful light-filled and welcoming space at Studio Seed. It’s a perfect, serene space for families with newborns. Plus, there’s convenient parking and nearby coffee - a must for new parents!

Booking Details:
- I’m accepting bookings from now for sessions starting late January.
- My focus will be on maternity, newborns, and baby photography, exclusively in-studio.
- Outdoor family shoots are currently beyond my capacity, unfortunately.

To enhance our communication, I plan to hire a Virtual Assistant for managing inquiries and bookings. Until then, please bear with me.

Pricing Update:
- Enjoy my old rates for a little while longer. Stay tuned for an update on new pricing soon.
