You can always want more but safe to say that 11 yards in that weather can break the body very quickly

Sorry for the delay on this final video update! If you dont already know dad finished his 100km REDEMPTION run at 5:27AM today! It has been a long chilly night for dad and also the support crew of .lee and working on keeping dad jn shape from start to finish

Massive thanks to for his programs for dad over the last year and beyond! Your work for dad hasn't gone un-noticed! Proof is in the pudding 🙌🏻

Also huge shoutout to Jayden dad begun to have a ni**le in his knee weeks out, Dad went and saw Jayden and with only a week and a bit Jayden was able to help give dad some better strategy and strapping to help dad navigate 100kms on a not 100% leg massive thanks to you Jayden

Crazy to think I just done 22km for the first time especially when it was 1200 metres of elevation! Will i be back for more i am still deciding!
