The (almost) full moon dipping down behind a cloud bank this morning over Barwon Heads.

I headed up the Barwon River this morning, but was a bit disappointed to find the water very murky and not looking particularly photogenic.

That was until I put the drone up and saw just how reflective the water was. The clouds were almost like a mirror image on the surface.
Ocean Grove in the distance.

Also some amazing textures and patterns around the river, and a lone Black Cormorant sweeping by.

Local photographer Wes Bowler was always getting asked, “Are you Pete James?” while out taking photos. So he and Adam Stan got together and made these T-shirts up 😂

They were even kind enough to give me one, just to confuse some people while I’m out and about with the camera.

You may see them on the catwalks of Milan & Paris soon. 😂
