Something a little different: a quick photoshoot with some friends getting a range of portraits for use as submissions for my course, and also as practise - portraits are not something I have dabbled in a lot but I am very pleased with how the final gallery came along (with some takeaways as well!).

Cannibal creek pony club freshman’s showjumping 💙

Lovely weather for a lovely day down at Cannibal Creek Pony Club for their freshman’s showjumping on Sunday. I hung around the top arena for some of the 30cm class before moving to the bottom arena for the rest of the day.

Thank you to Allison and the committee for inviting me again this year, it was lovely seeing so many familiar faces and meeting some new ones as well!

All photos are now available via link in bio (or in comments if you’re seeing this on Facebook). As watermarked, the images are unedited until purchased; the images in this post are some examples of edited work so you can get a feel for what your final images will come out like.

Not much on the books for the next little while, definitely keen to get to some more events!

Loch Nyora Pony Club Winter Woolies ❄️🐴

Beautiful day down at my home club for their winter Woolies, the weather turned out to be quite nice despite the weather we had been having!

Mentone Pony Club Dressage and CT day

Whoopsie, bit late posting about this one my apologies! Had a bit going on, mainly with being sick and not being home to use my workhorse computer.

I was there covering the dressage rings until about 3pm where I had to leave abruptly due to personal circumstances. In the time I was there, I did my absolute best to cover all 5 arenas.

After reevaluating what I want to do with my photography, I decided I wanted to broaden my horizons and take on other ventures along with equestrian events.

I had the opportunity to take photos at a friends soccer game a few weeks ago - something I have never done before - and I found myself having a whole lot of fun. Don’t get me wrong, I love my roots from starting out at horse events and I’m not going to stop attending them, but opening up my books to other sports and genres has reignited my passion for this art.
