Our photoshoot yesterday went really well and the photos have turned out so nice - the set Emma built is fantastic and the dogs love it. Thanks to everyone for bringing your fluffers in. We'd like to extend the sessions til tomorrow night so we're looking for expressions of interest. Please read the original post below and comment there if you are interested.

How cute and fluffy is Maxi? Well he tried giving Miss Molly some loving and she showed him who’s boss, and now he has a lasting reminder on his nose that Miss Molly calls the shots.

Rena was found in her dead mum’s pouch. The person who found her had to literally scare the crows away as they would have eaten Rena alive. She was so traumatised from the ordeal and it took her a long time to settle. It wasn’t until Rocky the roo arrived at the sanctuary a few weeks later that she was able to connect with him and begin to settle. Rena is now one of the fattest (and happiest) Roos in the paddock.

While we were in Port Lincoln, we were lucky enough to visit the that’s literally two songs in distance away from town. We met lots of kangaroos and wombats that are all rescues and will spend the remainder of their lives here. That’s up to 30 years! Thanks to Fran and Baz from for lending us the lighting gear so we didn’t need to pack it into our suitcases and also for the introduction to Linda and Bronte who dedicate their lives to give these beautiful creatures a second chance at life.

When Henry the Ragdoll booked in for a dog photo shoot, I thought he might be a Ragdog. Turns out he’s a real cat! And what a good looking, playful little fellow too. I did sneeze a bit after this shoot but despite being slightly allergic to cats, I’ll always pat them and photograph them. It’s worth it!
