Hi, I'm Alper, the face behind ARTISTIC.
You don't see me on here much. That's been intentional. While the industry has shifted toward daily reels and trending audio, I've quietly stayed in the edit suite for the past 13 years, shooting over 500 weddings and obsessing over how to make each one feel timeless.
The Australian Cinematographers Society has recognised my visual storytelling work with 4 gold awards and the National Gold Tripod, their highest honour, awarded to the best cinematographer in the country. I mention it because "cinematographer" gets thrown around loosely these days, and you deserve to know there's real craft behind the film you'll watch for the rest of your life.
My philosophy is simple: the work should do the talking not my socials. My strength is taking what I capture on the day and shaping it in the edit into a story that actually moves you, something you'll still feel in 30 years, not something that looks dated by next summer.
Less time on reels means more time crafting your film properly. I'm okay with that trade.
