Sunset in the Blue Mountains looking at Boars Head with Narrow Neck in the background covered in fog.
This was a unreal sunset , i wasn't expecting the sunset to turn out to be so good.
Blue Mountains are one of my favourite locations for sure to photograph.

Last Thursday we were hitting the Qld Border and thought, do we head to the Gold Coast airport to have a look to see if any of the planes were out and about practising for the airshow.
Just as we turned into the skate park, we could see the Supermarine Spitfire MK. IX BS548 in the distance, let just say we hadn't even stopped before i got out of the car with my camera in hand.
I was pretty excited; it's been a while since i have photographed planes or anything due to illness.
I got to see 3 planes that were in the airshow, plus a few commercial planes as well.
What a location to plane spot.
Seen a few photographers taking photos there as well

I know i have so many photos from the airshow, way too many photos and i wasn't even doing continuous shooting either.
I wanted to challenge myself to taking one shot only
So, i thought why not start at the beginning of our Airshow adventure.

The net isn't crash hot here so I won't be uploading much just yet ..
But the photos I got of the F35A I am pretty happy about ,been trying to get photos of this aircraft for ages .

Every few years i get a photo of this old shed at Morpeth.
Was heading to the Morpeth bridge when i asked hubby to pull over because the golden light was just perfect.
Only got a few photos because i was late to the golden glow party , just like that it was gone☹️

We turned up to the Morpeth bridge last night and guess what , the lights weren't on and didn't come on.
We stayed till after 8pm.
We went there because it was going to be purple and pink and purple is my favourite colour.
These days i can turn negatives into positives, very easy.

Firstly, i have never heard of Eosinophilic before ,its a chronic immune system disease.
So it did give us awareness even though the lights didn't come on.

Secondly i got to photograph the town and do some light trails like this photo and meet some lovely people who were waiting around like us.

Thirdly we got to grab some dinner at the takeaway shop called Graze and dam it was good. We have got food from them before, and it never disappoints .
So even though the lights didn't come on we had a lovely time in Morpeth.

I did see that Councillor Mitchell Griffin has rescheduled the lights to this Friday 7th August, Morpeth bridge. Morpeth NSW
