It has been a long time between posts🤍

These last few years with Covid, the great financial rise on everything in life, just hours spent sitting at my computer alone while I sift and sort photos all the while my kids growing before eyes- I have made the decision to close this chapter of my career🥹

I have captured over hundreds, if not thousands of adorable children over the last 13 years and I have loved putting my heart and soul into giving back moments for you to look back on for years to come.

It isn’t goodbye forever. I am still capturing families with my other business Kate Photography and I will capture the occasional small centre from time to time- however I have now accepted a full time admin role with an incredible children based learning center. I am beyond excited for this. It also means I will be with my children when they need me most.

So I want to say a HUGE Thankyou to all that have supported my small, local preschool photography business. If you are still wanting to purchase the past years photos of your children… you are welcome to get in touch!

We spontaneously welcomed our new little love 8 days early and very very quickly!! My wife did an amazing job bringing our new son into the world!

I will be getting back to you all asap! We are just on a high from the past 24 hours 😍

Just a quick post to check in and let you all know that my son and I are really unwell with what I suspect is Influenza A- it’s doing the rounds I hear. I don’t think we have ever been so sick in our lives😪

In other news, we are just over 3 weeks out from welcoming our next little bub! So I will be make sure everything is finalized and sent out before hand (once I can actually move and feel human again 😓)

Hello to all my beautiful preschools and families and a Happy New Year for 2022!!

Things have been very quiet on my end due to preschool iso before Xmas, then our family catching Covid the day before Christmas and then week after week after week. But we are all on the mend after a month in Isolation 😣

Just a quick post to say HELLO and that I have decided that I am coming back this year photographing and I am hoping that Covid won’t stop me this year once again.
Out of 25 preschools booked in 2021, I was only able to photograph 6 due to close contacts within the centers and preschools having to close for weeks at a time. So my fingers are crossed that this year is the opposite and we are full steam ahead!

In other positive news.. Our little guy (pictured) is going to become a big brother this year 😍 My wife is carrying our next bub this time and we are so excited for our new adventure as a family of 4! 👩🏼👩🏼‍🦱👦🏼👶🏼

I will be starting back in office and photographing when the school term starts on 1ST FEBRUARY 2022!

My office hours are:
Tuesday: 1pm-4pm
Thursday: 1pm-4pm
Friday: 9am- 3pm

Photo days are:
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
(And the occasional Friday)

If you are wanting to book your center in for yearly photos for 2022 PLEASE contact me asap as I am almost fully booked.

I will be taking from the last week of June, all of July and first week of August off as our baby will be making their entrance into the world at the end of June.

I hope you all had a wonderful break, are staying safe through this virus and are pumped for this year. I can not wait to see you all through 2022!

Feels like it has been a lifetime since I was photographing your gorgoeus kids!

HOWEVER-This week I am back doing what I love at Woodrising Natural Learning Centre Inc

Over the past couple of months (with the uncertain times of COVID) I sat and contemplated possibly finishing up capturing preschool centres by the end of 2021. It has been a really hard time for alot of small businesses but I do feel I will be back for 2022 and then come 2023- I am going to have a bit of a change from this career😅

So these might be my last 12 months of capturing all your little ones preschool moments and I can not believe the journey the past 12 years of capturing smiles has taken me on.

It sure has been a wild, but incredible ride🌿

I am back out at Fletcher Early Learning Centre & Fletcher Montessori this week! If any of the Montessori children missed out on their preschool photos last week, then they are welcome to bring their children in Tuesday-Friday between 9-11am.
Each day I will have less and less children to photograph so the days will finish earlier. So please get in touch with reception if you need to organise a time to come in 🌈

Hello to all my beautiful families!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year with your loved ones.
This week is my first week back into the swing of photographing preschools for 2021.
I have had a big chunk of time off getting Married and having a break after the craziness that was- the after COVID reshuffle!

YWF photography weeks are now FULLY BOOKED for 2021 and I will be opening my diary for 2022 (which is insane in itself 😳) in the coming weeks.
Please note I am only in the office a couple of days a week, (and mostly at night due to having a little family of my own) I photograph Tuesday/ Wednesday and Thursdays as I am in and out during the day.

I am very excited to capture all your little ones again this year and the meet a tonne of new families too!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021!!!

I am swinging into the new year from today after a lovely couple of weeks off with my family.

Just a few things:

🌻My 2021 Office Hours are:

Mon- UNAVALIABLE
Tues: 9am-5pm
Wed: 9am-5pm
Thur: 9am-5pm
Frid: 9am-5pm
Sat & Sun: UNAVALIBLE

I photograph preschools and childcare centres on a Tues/Wed & Thurs (between 8am- 1pm) and have a full day in the office on a Friday. So if you contact me and don't hear back straight away, there is a chance I will be photographing and will get back to you as soon as I can.

🌿All orders placed from 23rd Dec 2020-I will be working on these this week. I will be sending all remaining digital galleries out today and printed orders will be delivered to your centre by the end of the month. My lovely printing man isn't back from holidays until next week so I need to wait until orders are printed and then I can deliver. Once delivered to the centre, your director will hand these out.

🌵I am now BOOKING FOR 2021!!
I have decided to ease back into preschool photography as last year was very very crazy. With COVID stopping everything and then starting back up trying to squeeze in SOO MUCH- I didn't actually finish until Christmas Eve and still just now finalising the remainder of the 2020 orders. So after working myself into the ground I have decided that I will be starting back up photographing from April, right after I get married at the end of March. So it will be a nice big break and then ready to jump back in come April (I still will be doing my family photography business in the background).
If you are a preschool wanting to book in, please get in contact ASAP as I don't have many spots left with all centres that have previously booked.
